Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information regarding our products/services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to the management team.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College students preferred.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) on a rotational basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and typing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable internet connection is required if working remotely.
