Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and night operations
- Monitor security protocols and ensure facility safety during overnight hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and digital tools
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents
- Support inventory management and restocking procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) or night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous customer service or security experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities during non-standard hours
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if transport required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working in low-light conditions
