Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate nightly operations across multiple service lines
- Manage client communications and resolve urgent inquiries during evening hours

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in shift-based or customer service roles

- Valid SIA license or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Flexible availability between 6 PM - 6 AM
- UK work permit and right to work in the UK
