Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Perform vital signs and basic diagnostic tests
- Manage patient records using EHR systems
- Administer injections and medications as directed
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Assist with patient education and discharge instructions
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification or CNA license
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Basic EHR proficiency (Epic or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Omaha area residency preferred
