Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during evening shifts (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product problems efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and update account records in our database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in all interactions.
- Assist in onboarding new evening staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
