Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network maintenance and security protocols
- Train staff on new technology tools and best practices
- Document technical procedures and create troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with the IT team on system upgrades and projects
- Manage inventory of tech assets and equipment
- Support virtual events and presentations during evening hours
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Boston-area college/university (any major)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work 3-4 evenings per week (5 PM - 10 PM)
