Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening and weekend shifts
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized common areas, lobbies, and facilities
- Support event setup and breakdown for evening functions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks and reservation management
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
