Responsibilities
- Execute guest registration, ticket scanning, and crowd control protocols at assigned venues
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries with professionalism
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event infrastructure including stages and VIP areas
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety compliance and emergency readiness
- Coordinate with venue managers and vendors to maintain seamless operations
- Document incident reports and communicate critical issues to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or event environments
- Availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
