Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM) with precision and professionalism
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS software while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous facility cleanliness and ambiance
- Monitor security systems and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
