Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances and key venue locations
- Manage attendee registration and credential verification processes
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during high-traffic periods
- Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise to attendees
- Collaborate with venue staff to coordinate setup and breakdown logistics
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve on-site issues
- Assist with VIP guest management and special access coordination
- Document incident reports and communicate with event supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available to start immediately and work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Basic computer literacy for registration systems (training provided)
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
