Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment (provided by company) including staging, signage, and audiovisual tools
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and information at event entry points and activity stations
- Monitor crowd flow and safety protocols using provided communication devices
- Execute event-specific tasks like ticket scanning, merchandise sales, or activity coordination
- Conduct post-event equipment breakdown and inventory checks
- Maintain professional appearance in company-provided uniform
- Report operational issues to on-site management promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Los Angeles
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts in various weather conditions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Basic English proficiency; bilingual candidates highly valued
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must pass basic background check
