Responsibilities
- Execute complex espresso extraction and specialty brewing techniques with precision

- Manage inventory and maintain optimal cafe equipment functionality

Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Expertise in espresso calibration and flavor profiling
- Proven leadership ability in high-volume service environments
- Deep knowledge of Pacific Northwest coffee culture and trends
- Excellent conflict resolution and team collaboration skills
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
