Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using provided commercial espresso equipment
- Execute latte art and specialty brewing techniques
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Source and educate customers on single-origin beans
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expertise in espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
