Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash operations
- Prepare and serve food/beverage items following safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
Qualifications
- Must be available for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation to French Quarter location
