Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during evening hours, including vital sign monitoring and basic assistance
- Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic health records
- Assist with clinical procedures under supervision of healthcare professionals
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining a clean, organized environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA, MA, or EMT certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience or completion of accredited training program
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 PM) and weekends as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EMR systems
- Current CPR/BLS certification and valid Ohio driver's license
