Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email and phone during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Process data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Assist in generating daily reports on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
