- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is a plus.

- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
