- Process Orders: Process returns, exchanges, and service requests with precision and speed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift team members to ensure seamless workflow.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement (GED accepted).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a professional tone.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and typing at least 40 WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
