Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our CRM system.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure a seamless support experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive training for the right attitude.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations (Microsoft Office Suite, Windows).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
