Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting and account inquiries.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment if remote.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
