Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming support tickets, emails, and chat requests with empathy and efficiency during evening shifts.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot common technical and account-related issues and provide clear solutions to customers.
- Data Management: Accurately input customer data into our CRM system and maintain up-to-date records.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and process handovers.
- Process Improvement: Identify potential bottlenecks in the evening workflow and suggest improvements to the team lead.
- Support Training: Assist in onboarding new evening staff members during their training period.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and some weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
