Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets
- Process orders and update account information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience required
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
