Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment throughout your shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Merchandising: Assist in restocking shelves and organizing displays to meet visual standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
