Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival and during their visit.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Stock shelves and inventory according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in opening or closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily sales and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
