Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and billing questions.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
