Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Manage facility operations including check-in/out procedures and equipment maintenance
- Assist with community event coordination and participant registration
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and customer interactions
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless service transitions
- Support facility safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (if transportation required)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
