- Expertly craft specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain spotless cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Process transactions efficiently while upselling seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rush periods
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of premium ingredients
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in specialty coffee service
- Flexible availability including evenings (3 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
