Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing techniques
- Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain spotless cleanliness and organized workspace during evening operations
- Process cash and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking during evening shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless evening service flow
- Uphold brand standards in beverage presentation and store ambiance
Qualifications
- 6+ months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Strong attention to detail in beverage preparation and cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
