Responsibilities
- Supervise evening staff across guest services, valet, and concierge departments
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure property safety protocols
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory and operational budgets for evening operations
- Implement service recovery procedures for guest satisfaction
- Train staff on new technologies and service standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality supervision experience in luxury/entertainment venues
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (4 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management abilities
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Nevada Gaming Card or ability to obtain immediately
- Excellent multitasking skills in high-pressure environments
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
