Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening hours, including table service, bar assistance, and event support
- Maintain impeccable venue standards through attentive cleanliness and operational readiness
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold strict food safety and alcohol service compliance protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and proactive solutions
- Contribute to inventory management and supply organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for payment processing
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid Missouri alcohol server permit (or obtainable within 30 days)
