- Maintain Records: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift team members to ensure seamless service handovers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to the management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, including weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
