Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues with patience, accuracy, and empathy.
- Document detailed interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Ensure all customer tickets are resolved within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the company's brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a tech or support environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotating evening schedule and handle after-hours escalations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
