Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
