Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless workflow handovers.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail setting is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficient with computer applications and CRM software.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
