Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly training sessions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with weekend availability.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
