Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve billing issues and product concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Available to work 3-5 evening shifts per week (including weekends)
