- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during evening shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Maintain clean and organized customer service areas
- Participate in evening team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
