Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all customers visiting during peak evening times.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational excellence during evening shifts.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Upsell products and services to meet individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
