Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and digital communications during evening shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, technical support, and service features
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex service issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in evening training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Evening/shift work availability (3 PM - 11 PM, weekends required)
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Excellent communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high service quality standards
- Florida residency required for local service knowledge
- Spanish bilingualism preferred but not required
