Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover and operational continuity.
- Assist in updating and organizing the company database with new information.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety protocols, and service level agreements.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
