Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements for evening guests
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with evening staff to maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking duties
- Support special evening events and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
