Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders and update customer information in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for service excellence
- Support weekend and holiday coverage as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)

- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
