Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support with patience and expertise
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet performance metrics including response time and satisfaction scores
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company services
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings and policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
