Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex cases
- Upsell products/services based on customer needs
- Maintain performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, resolution time)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
