Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and resolve billing issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Participate in bi-weekly evening team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced evening environment
- Flexible availability (minimum 20 hours/week)
