Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex issue escalation
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with detailed notes and resolution codes
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework a plus)
- 0-2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh location
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (3-11 PM) including weekends
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic typing speed of 35+ WPM
