Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with patience, professionalism, and a focus on retention.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
