Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails during evening hours (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into the CRM database.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and order tracking.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure continuity of customer care.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
