As an Evening Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support during our peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex issues by collaborating with the warehouse and support teams.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company services to eligible clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
