Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Assist with processing returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
- Provide product recommendations and detailed information to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, quality assurance standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or customer service certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or support environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
